The trainee maid was taught how to curtsey to the Mistress unfortunately she did not perform the task as demonstrated by Madam FiFi which earned her demerits from the Mistress and 1 demerit = 1 stroke of the paddle or cane. This error earned the trainee maid 2 demerits. The maid had her ankles cuffed with a short space between them to limit her manly walk to a more short mincing step so necessary for a maid. The trainee maid was put through her paces as she claimed to have served a Mistress whilst she worked abroad but she fell well short of Mistress Lady Penelope's standards. Upon further interrogation the Mistress discovered that this maid was more of a Mistress' toy than a working maid, this knowledge was put to good use as the Mistress proceeded with some serious CBT with rope and her violet wand and soon had the maid begging for mercy.
I am sure this maid will be a better performing maid on her next visit.

A MAID TRAINING DAY
TUESDAY 3RD MARCH 2009
A new trainee maid arrived for some strict maid training. The day started with the Mistress doing a make over to make the trainee look nice and feminine then a nice blond wig was put on the trainee maid and the difference in appearance was amazing. After the Mistress had completed this part of the maids transformation it was my duty to complete the trainee's transformation.
First I measured the trainee's chest and waist and selected a steel boned victorian corset which was 6 inches smaller than the trainee's natural waist size. Quickly this was placed around the waist and I proceeded to pull the laces tighter and tighter until the trainee maid was gasping for breath then tied off the corset. Next came the pink sissy bra and breastforms, frilly black and pink rhumba panties and the trainee maid then struggled to put on the seamed stockings. This was particularly difficult for the maid due to the tightness of her corset. I then gave her the short bouffant petticoat to put on and over this she was dressed in a hot pink and black satin short sassy maids uniform, on her head I clipped the essential maids cap. Finally to complete her uniform she was given a pair of black satin elbow length gloves and black high heel mary jane shoes. Duly uniformed she was presented to the Mistress for her inspection.
